Pros – Best director ever, very friendly work environment, great chance for IT Dev who really want to work and improve technical skill.
Cons – average to small size company, don't quite get lots of chances to growing bigger, only good for those who really want to work.
Pros – Alway open to new ideas about improving the workflow and the company as a whole from all employee levels. They have a good understaning of their products and thier position in the market place. They do unserstand the value of their department heads and work with them on a regular basis to improve the company as a whole. Overall a good carrer choice.
Cons – Some structure needed in the chain of comand when it comes to implimenting new stratagies. A little to heavy on the office politics, but if you can play the game you will do fine. They could use a strong outspoken and visible individual to lead the company to where they want to go.
Advice to Senior Management – Need better job descriptions and duties for employees. To many people working on the same task. Let all employeesknow when new positions are available.
Pros – The IT department is the best feature of Family Care. The head of that department is very skilled and knowledgeable.
Cons – The Marketing department isn't organized and ideas just come from the clouds. Things change every hour because of the management power struggle.
Advice to Senior Management – Organization is really bringing the company to the ground.
