Current Employee – been working at Family Service Agency
Pros – The people are all there for a variety of reasons, but what really impresses is their mutual goal of servicing the community.
Cons – There appears to be somewhat of a discrepancy between senior management and lower-level employees. Quite a high turnover rate reveals that perhaps the growth opportunities at this company are limited.
Advice to Senior Management – There are many of you who care greatly about the status of the agency and resolving any issues. But there needs to be a little more cohesion when it comes to collective management.
