    Pros

    Good facility and excellent supervision.

    Cons

    Hard to build a caseload. People are somewhat separated, team approach and team building activities were rarely used .

    Pros

    Very flexible and understanding management and policies. Everyone seems low key, not alot of stress or pressure. Everyone behaves like adults.

    Cons

    Leadership can be lackadaisical. Lack of direction and authority. Not much guidance and assistance, roles and responsibilities are not clear or consistent. Chain of command is awkward.

    Supportive middle management staff, opportunity to work collaboratively with other skilled clinicians

    Cons

    Compensation is average for public sector position, caring for the population served by the agency can be quite stressful
