    Cons

Too much drama and they ended up laying us off after 8 months because they couldn't afford to keep but so many people

    Pros

I like having a predictable schedule, weekends off, and you get paid vacation and paid sick time. Most of the supervisors are nice and approachable. They have also tried making it a less stressful environment by having company potlucks and events. Casual Friday's, they let you wear jeans.

    Cons

Very stressful job and the management keeps adding to it. They are also extremely strict with attendance and require an official note any time that you call in. If you miss 4 days without having the proper verification then you are fired.
There is also a lot of drama and gossip but that comes with most jobs.

    Advice to Management

Give some notice if you plan on laying off 25 people in one day. Give more than 30 seconds to wrap up the call. Stop discriminating against the Spanish speakers and put the other bilinguals in English calls too. Extremely unfair to the Spanish speakers, I wouldn't be surprised if someone pulled the race card. Faneuil used to be a great place to work, I truly enjoyed going to work every day. But lately a lot of big changes have come into place and you can feel the tension in the air. I hope faneuil can go back to the way it used to be! Good luck to the faneuil corporation!

    Pros

The work is fairly easy, and the management is always willing to help with a difficult customer.

    Cons

The upper management is forever changing their polices and procedures. It can be hard to relay accurate information to the clients. They are not very good about valuing their employees, sometimes the hard workers are simply taken for granted while others are valued because of their friends.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate your ranking system when it comes to determining who should be promoted and or demoted.

    Pros

There are no pros working for this locations.

    Cons

This is the WORST management staff in the free world. Unorganized is the most common characteristic. If you want a job, that will set you up for failure, then this is the place to go. If you have a work ethic, then don't work for the Martinsville call center. Enter at you own risk.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management...... Hire management that are qualified. Not ones that can't develop that need development themselves.

    Pros

The people that you work with are great. It is a pleasure coming to work everyday. There are different shifts available.

    Cons

The company is constantly changing it's policies. Every day there is a policy change. There is little room for advancement within the company.
