Former Employee – worked at Farm Credit Financial Partners (FPI)
Pros – A great group of people and environment.
Cons – Work Hard, Play Hard but more of a work harder attitude. Expectation is 46 hours a week not including lunch/breaks. Always a select few who get noticed as the "golden boys" until they make a mistake.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen and pay more attention to the hard workers that go in day in and out, all hours of the day and weekends they are the ones that get things done.
