    Wasted opportunity.

    Dairy Manager (Former Employee)

ProsThe pay and benefits were fairly competitive. The people that you worked at a store, if together long enough, tend to become like a second family. They were a union grocery store so that helped in the pay and benefits department.

ConsI did not like the way was shuffled around so much. They were part of a big company so there was little room for comprimise on how things were done. The union didn't seem to be very strong. Mnay in upper management didn't seem to care about the opinions of the workers, especially when it was in unique situations and could have helped the store and possibly the company out.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry adapting stores more to there surroundings and business might have been a lot better. Also customer service seem to be lacking, especially compared to smaller grocery stores.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
