Pros – good benefits, good people to work for. knowing the history of farmers makes a difference. love tosell furniture.

Cons – small stores with less employees has to share a big load.

Advice to Senior Management – raise our percentage on our sales. its been the same for years. but dont raise our quotas. thats not a raise.

Pros – Great Products, One of the best Sales training systems in the system. Easy financing program to explain to customers and quick delivery times.

Cons – The downsides are that there is no benefits or insurance for part time employees, which can be expensive if you need medical attention or medication.

Advice to Senior Management – Ensure that employees can receive and give 360 degree coaching. Have more representatives from vendor companies come and train staff of product.
