ProsGreat Products, One of the best Sales training systems in the system. Easy financing program to explain to customers and quick delivery times.

ConsThe downsides are that there is no benefits or insurance for part time employees, which can be expensive if you need medical attention or medication.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure that employees can receive and give 360 degree coaching. Have more representatives from vendor companies come and train staff of product.
