    Pros

    Farmers Insurance has a true family atmosphere "We Are Farmers." They offer paid training to obtain Property, Casualty, Life& Health licensing, continued education and endless income potential in which I own my book of business. I am planning for my future thanks to Farmers.

    Cons

    As a successful representative of Farmers Insurance I have nothing negative to comment towards. In fact, I recommend this opportunity to everyone I meet.

    Advice to Management

    Your incentive programs are very well structured and always keep me on target for my next accomplishments whether it be a bonus or a well earned trip! Thank you Farmers for changing my life....

    They really take care of their employees! Lots of incentives, great benefits, nice environment to work in. Lots of opportunity to move up or to different departments.

    Cons

    If you are not meeting call stats, you can feel pressure from the supervisors to get where you need to be, but that isn't always a bad thing.

    Pros

    I worked as a recruiter for Farmers Insurance District Office in Granada Hills. It was a great experience. The District Manager really wanted me to learn and advance myself. He provided me with excellent direction and experience.

    Cons

    The farmers corporation has a strict quota for amount of agents the district has to put on but the district manager was so great it was not hard to meet this quota. He does everything to help you succeed in your job.

    Advice to Management

    Great experience! The district manager is very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. If you really want a job where you are going to learn and be able to work hard to get to where you want to be then this is a place to apply.

    Flexibility in schedule and work location.....offers work at home program

    Tough industry with little margin for error. Pricing and customer service are very competitive with top insurance carriers.
