    Pros

    Skills attained can be used in multiple industries and the co-workers are friendly. There are several opportunities to advance in the company.

    Cons

    Managers will tell you at the last minute that you will need to work at another location.

    I have been working at Fast Payday Loans full-time

    Pros

    Simple work.
    Good co-workers.
    Most of the time you are given free range to work, it is not always very micromanaged.
    Slow days mostly in the middle of the month make up for the demanding days at the beginning and end of the month.

    Cons

    Benefits are expensive.
    Demanding work load for the number of associates on the extremely busy days.
    Can be stuck working alone, but you get used to it. -this could become a security issue.
    Management is demanding at times and very inconsistent.
    Management is overworked and has a large workload.
    Branch managers are usually put on salary and are expected to work over 40 hours a week.
    High turn over because of the crazy demanding days.
    No room for advancement, but if you work hard you will be promised it will happen some day.
    Long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take branch managers off salary and allow overtime on the high peak days.
    Get better, more cost effective insurance.
    Get a matching 401K program.
    Give fair raises where they are due.
    Allow employees more family time, this will more productive. Otherwise you will have burned out associates and the high turn over will never stop. And associates would in turn be counter productive because they are over worked and do not get to enjoy much time off. -balance work/life

    Very demanding, you have to have a lot of patience. But the process is simple, just a lot of customers and paper work.

    I have been working at Fast Payday Loans part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Simple loan process.
    Decent pay.
    Management is pretty easy to get along with, can be demanding though.

    Cons

    Long hours and few days off.
    Can be unsafe being that sometimes you will be working alone in the branch. But you get use to it.
    Demanding as far as hours and management.
    No room for career advancement. After branch manager there is an area manager which is already filled and hasn't been replaced in 13 years.
    High turn over rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Add more workers to help the workload and keep the branch safer that way.
    Do not put your managers on salary and allow for overtime.
