    Lack of vision, losing major clients and unsatisfied employees

    Pros-Flexible timing
    -No/less pressure
    -Good hiring process
    -No hassle for leaves
    -Lot to learn for freshers, just don't give up by seeing its complexity, you can always spend couple of hours extra in office for yourself.

    Cons-Poor^2 management
    -No business
    -Employees and management do not trust each other
    -Directors and president losing control over India office
    -Incapable middle layer of management(Dev leads)
    -Hires 3 freshers when there is need of one technically very strong resource
    -No one knows and understands architecture of current and in development project, ad-hoc changes done anytime anywhere.
    -Many employees are still here because they have nowhere to go.
    -Worst infra, less salary than industry standard and false bonus promises
    -Not good if you are coming here after 2-3 yrs exp/MNC

    Advice to Senior ManagementYou need better Infra, dedicated VMs and please check the capability of resources before relying on them. Rather than cost-cutting earn more spend more. Spend on good resources they are assets to the company.

    Friendly team
    No hassles in getting leaves

    Attrition is very high
    More talk, more promises and less action
    Poor infrastructure and internet connection
    Salary and bonus not given on time
    No company growth

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement lacks vision. Should focus on employee satisfaction and retention. Hire experienced and technically strong people.

    ProsGood technical growth. Development work is Very Challenging.the middle and junior level team have good team work. Salaries are as per market

    ProsOpportunity to learn new technology. Good clients. Cohesive team. Overall I am very happy. I feel my work is valued here. In my previous company I did not get a chance to work on a project from scratch. I just did maintenance work. I think I learnt lot at Fast Track.

    ConsIt is a small company. I wont see it as a con.

    good initial experience, not so good later

    Prosgood salary hike but only for select few, fast promotions for people with potential, projects from direct Microsoft,

    Conshard rules, lacks vision and overall company growth, high attrition, lacks in basic infrastructure, becoming less employee friendly

    It was average experience

    Software Engineer (Former Employee) Pune (India)

    Pros- Very good projects
    - No unnecessary quality process so most of the times goes for work
    - No problems for leave.

    Cons- Not interested in retaining employees
    - Ambiguous offer later like review is quarterly not appraisal that means you can remain without salary hike for 2 years also.
    -Bonus is depend on client rating of project after 6 month of rating, rating comes very late and you have to stay extra 6 month for bonus.
    -No growing plan(it 30 company people since last 5 years).
    -Only encourages a few chosen people.
    - Poor infrastructures like desk/tables/Chairs/washrooms
    - No compensatory leaves. Extra leaves adjusted from salary even you worked on weekends that doesn't counts.

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is not interested in any advice because they don't want to grow
