    Pros

    Great guys who own and run the company was nice to see the owners in the store even though they were in another state always had a direct contact with owners for any help with any part of the business

    Cons

    Small company so not much room for advancement, was a reseller of service so could not always help every customer with all their issues

    Pros

    Very lenient with scheduling so if you're in school or have other things going on, there will be no problem working up a schedule to accommodate your needs.

    Cons

    Micro management of the District Manager is kind of annoying, everything must go through him instead of your immediate store manager. Base pay is below minimum wage.

    Pros

    There are no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

    Poor management. Would rather train new employees than retain good ones. High turnover. Unethical work practices. Not focused on customer service, just sales. All training is how to overcome customer objections. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Sprint is to find a new retailer. Retailers like this give the company a bad name.

    Pros

    • It's a full time job when most places only hire part time. • Co workers are nice and helpful in my location.

    Cons

    • Unpaid mandatory meetings at least once a week. • They do not pay overtime even when it is earned. • Everybody is micromanaged. Everybody. • Made to sign wavers making us liable for the cost of the phones, up to $500 if we make a mistake on the new RMS system used for purchases without training us on common mistakes. • By far the most unethical upper management I have ever worked for. I have never worked for a more dishonest company.

    Obey the law and reevaluate your morals.

    Pros

    Management and being a certified tech look great on my resume.

    Cons

    - Commission is a joke. - Will NOT pay any overtime even though they are legally obligated to do so. - Upper management does not support management in store you are on your own. - Upper management operate unethically and illegally.' - I have seen members of upper management steal devices from customers that cancel their phone orders.

    Co- workers are very nice and helpful.

    Cons

    Expected to work more than 50 hours minimum for management that is scheduled. Pay is very low and difficult to get commissions. Paychecks are not always right and need to be checked for accuracy.

    Cellular Product Knowledge, and to be honest, that's it.

    Cons

    Bloated Sales Goals, Constant Criticisms, Excessive and Unnecessary Paperwork.

    Try being effective leaders, not ineffective critics

    Pros

    In a tough economy, it's a job.

    Cons

    Work-life balance is horrible. Pay is extremely low compared to other cell phone dealers. Mandatory training that's in the middle of nowhere that you aren't reimbursed for attending. Questionable ethics and tactics by management. I have never worked for a place where upper management is so unethical. There are extreme cases of favoritism shown in this company as well.

    Advice to Management

    There is nothing that can save this place. Upper management is the problem.
