    Pros

Lots of hours available if you want/need to work more than 40 hours one or two individuals in the management group really care about the people

    Cons

the corporate office is only interested in getting every drop out of each employee with no regard for balance. they promote falseness and favoritism. most members of management only want puppets who regurgitate what they are told

    Advice to Management

greater regard for individuals and less sorority listen to all employees, not just the ones who tell you what you want to hear

    Pros

Highest hourly rate, fantastic recruiter, excellent housing options.

    Cons

mandatory 48 hour work week, high health insurance deductibles.

    Advice to Management

For the health of your nurses the 48hr required work week should be eliminated and replaced with the normal 40 hour/wk

I have been working at Fastaff

    Pros

Pay as employee? Lots of food around office.

    Cons

Hours, expecting 6 to 7 days a week wrk. Barely any breaks. Burn out.

    Advice to Management

Organize queries better. To start. Dont allow to so much OT. But with better recruitment itd be better business. Nurses should be expected to keep their profile updated.

    Pros

Free beer at work and nice paychecks.

    Cons

This job will use you up and spit you out. They will tell you overtime is voluntary and then expect you to commit to 6 or 7 days of 10-12 hours shifts. If you can't commit to a full weekend of work you will be put on the naughty list and they will pluck people off one by one.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff rather than burn out your entire team. Be up front about the work requirements during the interview process rather then lie to your associates. If you are going to expect people to dedicate the amount of time needed for the project, create some buy in with the staff rather than keep pushing and pressuring.

    Pros

High commission structures, great coworkers, great benefits, good PTO accrual system

    Cons

departments can be "siloed" at times, which makes it difficult to complete tasks. company politics could get in the way of productivity at times too. my biggest con was that there weren't many opportunities to grow. jobs were often filled internally without HR announcing the openings to the rest of the company. people would either find promotions elsewhere or stay in their role for years without any desire of advancement. i also think the high-stress environment burns people out - the high pay offsets that for awhile, but not forever.

    Advice to Management

overall, it was a good experience.

    Pros

Pay rates are wonderful and recruiters are caring

    Cons

Not enough assignments and management needs to be more aggressive in obtaining new assignments

    Advice to Management

Please actively recruit positions on east coast. Management team not aggressive enough regarding new positions. Also give nurses flexibility to work 36 hrs If desired

    Pros

Great people. The leadership team is committed to the success of the employees and the company - and if you thrive on being busy, this is the place.

    Cons

Sometimes the strength can be the opportunity as well. There are times when it is just too busy for too long, but that is better than not working.

    Advice to Management

You should consider adding some floating holidays or personal days to the holiday calendar.
