    this place has a sloppier structure than that tower over in italy..

    lack experience/ or drive because they are underpaid

    Pros

    Great Brands (Audi and Porsche in particular.) The family that owns the dealerships is fair, and willing to listen. They will hgelp you out when they know that you need it.

    Cons

    Typical auto dealership mentality of flooding the floor, not getting the opinions of the sales force. The family that owns the dealership hires traditional middle managers that build their departments on the backs of the hardest workers, without recognition. The exception to this is TM. The lack of cooperation between the service/parts and sales departments costs sales and hurts their reputation. Why hire a Honda sales manager to sell $100k automobiles?

    Advice to Management

    Differentiate yourself from the lesser brands, and compensate for experience. Doing so will build long-term clientele.
