Pros

The people that worked on the Floor were some of the best skilled craftsman that I ever knew. They were more than willing to do whatever it took to get the job done right. The satisfaction that the customers got from the product that was produced was what made the company.

Cons

The upper level management would never tell the truth when and if they would talk to you at all. They would ignore the suggestion that the workers would offer as ways to build a better coach and instead pat them selves on the back saying how good of a job they did. Ideas from the floor that were used were used, the management took credit for. Very low moral on the floor because of the mis-management.

Advice to Senior Management

Be honest with your people. Treat them with more respect.
