FedEx Ground Package Handler - Hourly/ Yard Switcher in Grove City, OH: (Current Employee)

“Package handler has it's benefits!”

Pros

Great Benefits! Pay is good for what is required of you. After 1,00 hours of work you become eligable for the benefits package which is outstanding. You can get Health/ Medical, Dental, and Vision for less than $11 a week. I think for spouse and all children it is like less than twenty dollars a week. Not to mention if you are a college student you can get tuition reinbursement of fifteen hundred dollars a year. The best part is you don't even have to be full-time to get any of those benefits.

Cons

Sometimes they don't give promotion to people who work hard when they deserve it.

Advice to Senior Management

I would review the application of people who are trying to be promoted a little better so not to discourage them.
