Pros – Executive support and hard work. Extremely dedicated work force that keeps customer first focus.

Cons – Long hours at times. Very rigid work process that is at times difficult to get exceptions when needed. However, at organization this size the standardization is needed and exceptions are being considered more frequently than in the past.

Advice to Senior Management – Implement some incentive, even if non-monetary for management during Peak season. In particular for lower-mid level salary employees.

Pros – Easy hours 5-1:30 monday through friday. As long as you do your work efficiently management does not get on your case.

Cons – No complaints from me at this time.
