    Pros

Lots of Manual Labor, basically a gym you get paid to go to. The people there are really nice, once you get to know them.

    Cons

Lots of manual labor, and the work is really, really intensive

    Pros

Out on my own and get work at my own pace. Can get the job done quick.

    Cons

Can have too many deliveries in one day and get off late. Or if there is not enough stops not have any work that day.

    Advice to Management

Balance the amount of deliveries and stops with how many are businesses/apartments. Since, some will take longer than others.

    Advice to Management

Most of the teams are international.

    Cons

Lack of team spirit and team building activities.

    Advice to Management

Besides focusing on the TNT acquisition, implement a strategy to improve team morale, acquisition of new skills, and mobility within the company.
