Does not stand behind their employees

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBenefits are ok, salary is ok.

ConsMinimal contact with the company after being hired, no kind of representation from management while onsite. They have no idea what is going on with their employees onsite. They will cut your salary and say it was the prime that cut your salary, when all along it's them who cut it by 20% or more for no real reason. They will remove you from a contact and promise they will find you something else with the company, don't believe the hype they wont and you will be on the street. They will do things to force you out instead of just flat out firing you, as if they don't want to pay you unemployment...stay away from this company!!!

Advice to Senior ManagementStay in touch with your employees that are onsite, so they can feel they have some type of representation. Don't cut a persons salary once you have agreed with them on a certain salary that is in writing. No matter what you think they know or don't know...provide them with training so they can do their job when they ask.
