    Pros

    Work life balance. As long as you the job done...

    Cons

    No room for advancement. No individual reviews... Don't get paid for overtime.

    Promote and recognize good / hard work.

    The hours are good 9-5

    No room for growth, whatever position your hired your most likely going to stay there

    Pros

    Schedule, benefits, commute. If you work onsite no one ever bothers you, you can pretty much do what you want as long as your work is done. This isn't always a positive though.

    Cons

    Upper management keeps you in the dark about a lot of things until the last minute which is very frustrating. Not much growth available to new people. Technology used by the company is not up to date with the rest of the industry.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your staff and take notice when there are people with potential to contribute more to your business.
