I have been working at Fellowship Health Resources full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

the only best reason to work here is to get the full work expereince. the work policies i like, and if you have a complaint HR will confront it.

    Cons

health insurance is high just for one person, and its hard to get someone to work your place if you want a time off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

hire more relief staff for every shift, so regular work wont be drian and they take off without the hassle

    Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule. Gain experience working with schizophrenia.

    Cons

Horribly managed. Corrupt Medicaid practices. This company has fired many good employees for minor reasons. Most of the mental health support staff were sending out resumes within months of starting. Very high turnover rate. So if you need a job, this company is probably hiring....but you might want to think twice. Management has no concern for patients, just billable hours. I understand bottom line reasoning, but not when it exploits vulnerable mentally ill clients. Extremely and chronically understaffed, more so than any other company I've worked for.

I have been working at Fellowship Health Resources full-time

    Pros

Clients, Some Co-Workers (until you get to management, then it's all downhill from there.)

    Cons

Cliques, Moody Higher Ups, Horrendous Pay (regardless of amount of experience), Micro-Managing, Unrealistic Expectations, Enables Moreso than Empowers Consumers, Two-Faced Higher-Ups, Conniving Management (regionally, unsure about how the rest of the locations are...)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Speaking loudly throughout the office about going out with your employees is highly unprofessional, yet happens all the time. Also, calling people out loudly in front of the entire rest of the staff for something that was beyond their control is uncalled for, to say the least. Picking and choosing how you are going to act at work based on your home life is not proper conduct of a manager/higher-up and completely unfair to the people you work with. Especially when you berate and mortify your employees because you're in a bad mood. These kind of behaviors cause the high turnover rate and constant need to post jobs over and over again. Not to mention the ganging up on people that occurs on a daily basis. Management thinks they're being coy and glib but everyone sees it. Stop treating your employees like clients. Better yet, start treating the clients better as well - they're not just a rent or insurance check, they're human beings too.

    Pros

Benefits if you get full time

    Cons

Unrealistic management, money driven, dangerous work environment, disorganized, disgruntled staff. A very unhealthy place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support your staff, promote within, give raises. Act like your a non for profit company instead of the opposite.
