    Pros

Program Directors, Regional Directors, Co-workers, experience, consumers. Flexible and allows a good work/life balance. Amount of PTO.

    Cons

Health insurance is high. Only 6 holidays and when office closes for bad weather or minor holidays you must use PTO time.

    Advice to Management

In PA things have really changed for the better in the last 5 months.

I worked at Fellowship Health Resources (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not sure if I really have any pros. The Raleigh NC location really needs to be investigated. the whole operation is understaffed and those that work are overworked and underpaid.

    Cons

Everything. The North Carolina site needs to be investigated by others that don't work in that area. The programs would and could be much better. Low pay benefits suck and no real team support or effort to anything.

    Advice to Management

Start all over with your North Carolina location. That location has so much potential but you do have the right staff in place to do so.

    Pros

Flexible schedules Okay client Fast employment acceptance Easy interview Communication fairly decent

    Cons

The running theme throughout this organization is dishonesty. If I had been told what I was going to be getting into, I would have easily turned down the job opportunity. I was straight out of my bachelors and wanted something within the field however, it was such a disappointment. I am still waiting on my pay check months later....

    Advice to Management

Get your act together and be upfront and honest during the interviewing process. Do not "keep" things from potential employees so that you can get someone to do this line of work. You have high turn over for a REASON.

    Pros

    - Growing and expanding organization - Developing non-blaming and responsible culture - Commitment to staff development and growth

    Cons

    - Work-life balance is a challenge - Compensation ranges outdated and/or reflective of the industry

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, just more of it.

    Pros

Lots of freedom because management is careless .Management at this company is utterly unbelievable. No idea how this company is allowed to operate.

    Cons

Disrespect is a very common here. Nobody stays long. Management is dishonest manipulates and overworks staff. Heavy work load with absolutely no consideration for staff. Both staff and consumers are disrespected constantly and treated like animals. Countless unlawful practices regarding medications and licensing. Including a nurse who operates without a license.

    Advice to Management

    Learn respect for human life.

I have been working at Fellowship Health Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

the only best reason to work here is to get the full work expereince. the work policies i like, and if you have a complaint HR will confront it.

    Cons

health insurance is high just for one person, and its hard to get someone to work your place if you want a time off.

    Advice to Management

hire more relief staff for every shift, so regular work wont be drian and they take off without the hassle

I worked at Fellowship Health Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule. Gain experience working with schizophrenia.

    Cons

Horribly managed. Corrupt Medicaid practices. This company has fired many good employees for minor reasons. Most of the mental health support staff were sending out resumes within months of starting. Very high turnover rate. So if you need a job, this company is probably hiring....but you might want to think twice. Management has no concern for patients, just billable hours. I understand bottom line reasoning, but not when it exploits vulnerable mentally ill clients. Extremely and chronically understaffed, more so than any other company I've worked for.

    Pros

There ain't no good reason to work for this company.

    Cons

This is supposed to be a therapeutic company but it's the opposite.you will loose your mind working for this company. Run don't walk !!!

    Advice to Management

Increase pay, adequate training, less case load.listen to employees
