Current Employee – been working at Ferghana Partners
Pros – - Small work environment with plenty of interaction with partners
- Deep exposure to biopharma and diagnostics
- Plenty of deal flow
- Plenty of autonomy
- Manageable hours
Cons – - Limited structured career development
- Compensation could be better (compared to bulge bracket firms)
- Wide range of quality among partners making some work environments much better than others
Advice to Senior Management – Compensation may need to improve in order to stay competitive
