    Pros

Good people to work with, almost everyone had a sense of duty and the particular warehouse I worked in had somewhat of a family-feel to it

    Cons

There was an obvious separation between the warehouse workers and the salesmen in the office. Whatever problems that arose were blamed on the opposing group causing a conflict of interest as sales would vender more than the warehouse docks could ship.

    Advice to Management

There should be more opportunities to build the relationships between 'white-collar' and 'blue-collar'. Sales may drive up the bottom line but if the products do not arrive to customers at the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity, then the business is not meeting the ultimate goal of making the customer happy, sabotaging the bottom line in the long run.

    Pros

As a large, successful company who prides itself on its stability, Wolseley is able to offer a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement savings with company match, paid leave (holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and floating holidays), recognition programs, community involvement opportunities, and much more!

    Cons

If a career with an organization that rewards performance and provides a stable and supportive environment for its associate’s nationwide sounds good, Wolseley Industrial may just be the place for you. Our people are our biggest asset and share a common passion for customer service, which has helped shape us into the industry leader we are today.
