    Pros

    enjoyed the places delivered to and customers. they took care of their customers.

    watch out for management, as most were 'two' (2) faced, self centered

    Need to be more concerned about the employees, and not soo much about yourself! stop promoting your kiss-butts and get the ones that really work!

    Pros

    Excellent training programs for every level of employment.

    Cons

    Management not particularly friendly and you can get shown the door if someone doesn't like you, no matter what your quality and quantity of work is. Communications does break down sometimes.

    Advice to Management

    Be more inclusive and welcoming and stop playing favorites.

    Pros

    Hourly pay rate and insurance was fair for the area, overtime was often required, that was the extent of the pros.

    Cons

    Working environment. I trained on first shift but worked on second shift and quite often would get yelled and screamed at unfairly by a supervisor because I did things exactly the way I was trained - but 'we do things differently on our shift.' The expectations in this regard was unrealistic. Beyond that, the facility is incredibly dirty. Your work day ended when they said it would end - you can not ever tell your family when to expect you to be home or make any plans.

    Pros

    Company is focused on customer service and growing its employees. Some management wants to grow associates to maximize effectiveness. Will work to keep good associates.

    Cons

    Poor branch management and general management could limit potentially great employees. Make sure you have a manager looking for your best interests. Communication is sometimes ineffective.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to focus on developing management and don't be afraid to kick bad associates off the bus.

    Room for advancement, they are specific in they're system so you can't fail. It is up to you how far you want to go.

    Cons

    Heavy lifting. Be sure you're physically fit if not you will be in a month. Very hot in the summer freezing in the winter.

    Advice to Management

    Separate friendship from business.
