I have been working at Ferguson Enterprises full-time

    Pros

Great coworkers. Everyone is very knowledgeable and can help in certain situations.

    Cons

You get paid terribly for the amount of hours you work. Managers are literally never around. Customers are terrible (not that Ferguson can control that). No incentive to work hard because the only people that get rewarded are your managers.

    Advice to Management

Pay the people for the amount of hard work they do. Improve the morale of the people that actually show up and work.

    Pros

Amazing benifits! and some really nice people can be found! Very nice building to work in.

    Cons

Seems like you need to be friends with management to get anywhere. Seniority doesn't really seem to matter.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved and know what is happening.

I have been working at Ferguson Enterprises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are planning on going in the sales route there is plenty of perks and incentives when doing sales.

    Cons

If you are coming into the business as a temp to hire you are definitely treated different as to if you are hired directly by the company. For example when hired on directly through the company you receive proper training that usually last a little over 6 months to equipped you to do your daily task. If you are hired on as temp you get little to none training with your coworkers. With my experience with this company if you were not attempting to go into the sales field I was treated different and giving only two other job opportunities to go into.

    Advice to Management

To have your employees best interest at heart with regards to how you are able to educate them on advancing within the company

enjoyed the places delivered to and customers. they took care of their customers.

    Cons

watch out for management, as most were 'two' (2) faced, self centered

    Advice to Management

Need to be more concerned about the employees, and not soo much about yourself! stop promoting your kiss-butts and get the ones that really work!

I worked at Ferguson Enterprises (More than a year)

    Pros

Family like working environment ; we worked long hours so the time always flew by. I learned how to operate a forklift and received my forklift licenses.

    Cons

Some of the cons were that we basically worked outside so the the temperature of the building was a problem.

    Advice to Management

Give more raises your workers deserve it, & longer lunch breaks, besides that they were good people to work with.

    Pros

Excellent training programs for every level of employment.

    Cons

Management not particularly friendly and you can get shown the door if someone doesn't like you, no matter what your quality and quantity of work is. Communications does break down sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Be more inclusive and welcoming and stop playing favorites.

    Pros

Decent starting wage, will work with you if you have a second job, majority of my coworkers were great people,

    Cons

Was told it was a temp to hire and the only way to join the company was thru a temp service only to have people direct hired after me for the same position. long hours made longer by poor equipment

I have been working at Ferguson Enterprises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I can't think of any pros. The environment is unprofessional and hostile. Management encourages bullying and harassment . Some good people try to help you even if that makes them targets too.

    Cons

Long hours with little pay or appreciation . No advancement opportunities unless you are one of the good old boys. Stay away from this horrible company. !!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Most of you should quit or be fired for what you have allowed to happen.
