ProsIt is a friendly, courteous, family oriented place to work. Good culture, great work/Life balance. One of the top banks in the area.

Ft Officer (Former Employee)
Lagos (Nigeria)

I worked at Fidelity Bank (MN)

Prosgreat place to work. opportunities for growth. constant learning. on the job training. excellent management abilities. team work fantastic. enhance one's leadership skills.

Conssome branches don't have conducive environments- especially market branches, these branches are given more like a second hand treatment from management and this should not be.

Advice to Senior Managementequal building/standards for all branches. also equal treatment of all branches. salary should be increased as its the lowest in the industry.
