    Pros

the job was extremely job - people say that once you tire out from working at the government, you can go work at fidelity

    Cons

while I was there, the bonus targets were never met because the company was not performing well during a down market

I have been working at Fidelity International

    Pros

best possible work life balance - more life less work
    decent amenities at office

    Cons

    lack of quality work
poor senior mgt and even poorer vision of future
no professional way of hiring, career planning or appraisals

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

i guess the very senior mgt are too intelligent to be given any advise. they are possibly the best in the market, its the middle/ mid-senior mgt in india which needs a complete overhaul.

I have been working at Fidelity International full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great people. A lot of knowledge floating around.

    Cons

Can become easily stagnated if not careful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More generous pay and bonuses with the 'little people'. Don't ignore the inequalities in divisions of labour simply because it's too much hassle - there are good people getting extremely fed up because they are carrying the weight for others - whole teams in some cases.
