    Pros

Students all have their educational experience in common. What stands out to employers is those students who ALSO have work experiences by the time they graduate. FSCO addresses that need by making you do different activities.

    Cons

very low pay considering its a government agency slow career growth politicsssssssss

    Advice to Management

All for one, one for all. Increase the pay please More exposure to valued projects

    Pros

Great learning curve in the first month

    Cons

Inability to implement change quickly, poor performance reviews, and ultimately very inefficient

    Advice to Management

Less bureaucracy and more action! There is so much opportunity to increase efficiency. Nobody there wants to go above and beyond, they want to work the status quo (and sometimes not even that).

    Pros

very good working hours, 9 to 5 no overtime..flexible too as long as you met the 37.5 hour requirement

    Cons

not many areas to change positions, no training provided and very quiet. there arent any end of year party or anything. people are very boring

    Advice to Management

hire younger people too so that more newer ideas can be contributed. need more areas to advance for better work..theres absolutely no budget for anything.
