I have been working at Financial Technology India full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Cleanliness, Salary on time,
    Good Infrastructure,
Good brand name in Financial Sector,
    Good for trainee,
best place to learn how to tolerate person who is worth of it and how to survive in the worst level of politics
Good firm to gain Market knowledge (If you are lucky and depend on your senior)

    Cons

    1) Follow outdated technologies
    2) No flexible timings
    3) All stupid and unnecessary rules and regulations like "do not talk on the cell phone", "do not ware casuals on weekday", but if you are a male candidate you have to follow all the policies and if you are "female" you can just wave off all restrictions, no body would even bother to ask you.
    4) Partiality between Women employee and Male employee, as said in above point.
    5) Not a professional place to work.
    6) At the time of interview they demand for B.Com Graduates but pay less to such candidate whereas hire BE fresher candidate for Financial domain and pay high.
    7) No Respect given to all employees. Favoritism followed here. Even though you are showing your skills there is no value.
    8) Too much disciplinary activities and employees feel harassed.
    9) Gujju's given more importance and hike.
    10) No Work Life Balance.
    11) No Internet usage given to employees.
    12) Irrespective how good work you have done and how much outstanding you perform at the time of appraisal Senior reply like, "Your performance is not as expected". I just didn't get that what the hell he expect. Does he expect a superman? Do he compare himself before saying that?
    13) False hopes given on company growth and Salary Hike.
    14) Foolish HR policies, all in the favor of the company.
    15) If any HR promise you any kind of interim increment like on confirmation, do not rely on that.
    16) Worst place for Experienced employees because here most of cases like your junior get more salary than what you get and your experience would be meaningless at all.
    17) Middle level management is worst.
    18) There is nothing like term work culture, because of some stupid narrow minded and self centered people.
    19) Lot of politics
    20) For experienced people, working here is like "AA BAIL MUJHE MAR" , you feel frustrated in any situation.
    21) we dont learn much new things, its cliche in terms of work.
    22) Still don't know on what measures they decide the compensation paid to employees.
    23) Give good amount of hike to person who don't even know what is 'Web service' and less to Experienced employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove a group of middle management people to improve work culture.
Encourage employees by giving them their due recognition.
    Improve appraisal process
Open ur eyes , please try to change ,there are things beyond this office campus. Stop thinking in stone age, and try to value the employees, they are the ones who work
