    People were very friendly and cooperative. I was interning with many other juniors who were all bright people.

    I requested corporate banking, but placed in direct banking channels.

    Pros

    easy to gain experience in banking sector. young and energetic work environment. Also firm provide a private health insurance, working hours are flexible.

    Cons

    long working hours. everlasting to-do's. if you could get a "patron" senior manager to run block for you, the world was yours. If not, your options were limited.

    Pros

    Very good place for new graduate to gain experience and improve professional skills. working with professional lights my way on my first years of career.

    Cons

    Lower salaries compared to other banks and it is really hard to get promoted. It provides very competitive atmosphere and you have to work all the time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It is not easy to develop a balance with our personel life and professional life. We need more salary to live at least like people working at other big banks
