    Pros

Flexible Schedule, Discount, Nice pay that comes with bonus if you meet sales goals, weekly and monthly. Potential year bonus as well. Accessory bonus as well.

    Cons

Making sales goal when the most sought out shoes were hardly restocked or sent with shipment. Winner circle goal was also a hassle.

    Pros

Most people work hard. The benefits are decent. They have a pretty good wellness program.

    Cons

Most of the people who work hard are not appreciated. There is an overall lack of true leadership. They need more women at the senior VP level.

    Advice to Management

The physical glass walls were removed from the executive area, but they are still isolated and generally unaware of what goes on on the ground floor.

    Pros

The atmosphere was very up-beat, and I enjoyed the other employees that I worked with. Also, the discount was very nice.

    Cons

As with any retail store, you have to work most holidays and weekends. Also, the upper management did not create a welcoming atmosphere for employees looking to advance within the company.

    Advice to Management

More attention should be paid to employees who are excelling in their positions, and greater effort should be put forth into trying to retain and develop those employees.

    Pros

Great flexible hours, and all of the people I worked with were fun. Training was done very well, and everything was easy to pick up on.

    Cons

Job did not pay well, and you are constantly competing with the other workers for commission. Makes you frustrated when a customer is stolen.

    Advice to Management

Less personnel per shift would make commission easier to get. Also, raising the base minimum pay would be very beneficial.

    Cons

Lots of long hours, upper level management is not ideal.
