    Pros

Excellent discount, do alot of work with organizations(special olympics), great M.I.T. program, shoe market is only getting bigger

    Cons

Favoritism, absolutely no consistency when it comes to promoting from within, go through district managers very quickly, dobt respect the managers enough for people to wanna stick around

    Advice to Management

Use it as a stepping stone to a better career. When compared to other companies in the same industry the benefits and tuition reimbursement are far superior than finish line

    Pros

Fun people. Travel a lot. Bonus system was pretty decent. great discount on all products.

    Cons

Worked at times 70 hours or more a week due to labor cuts with staff. Not easy to take time off.

    Advice to Management

Hard to run a store successfully when labor is cut so deeply. Salary managers are forced to work more hours to keep the store running, but not compensated for it.

    Cons

Horrible communication between DM and regular manager

    Advice to Management

Get it together and stop being so competitive! It doesn't make a good working environment

    Pros

Great sales experience for high schoolers and management experience, if willing and promoted, for college students. Great sales competitions, and a fun company to work for. Good discount.

    Cons

Not too high of pay, commission isn't great for sales associates. If you are stuck with a bad manager it makes working there tough.

    Advice to Management

I think that they should not hire for the diversity statistic in the store, but based on the qualifications of employees.

    Pros

You can move up fast in this company as long as you show your worth.

    Cons

Working hours are crazy and it seems like they allow any outside management to come onboard even though they dont know what they're doing and it leaves more work for the AMs.

    Advice to Management

    Promote your AMs!
