Company doesn't care for the sales workers just the corporate workers

Sales Associate (Former Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsBeing around shoes and athletic apparel. The 30% discount is great as well but there is a limit per year on how much you can spend.

    Cons-Pay is horrible
    - paid commission and since it is always slow you get minimum wage
    - Unrealistic request
    - Lack of money leads to lack of benefits

Advice to Senior ManagementCare for your employees especially the ones who put in work for the customers, don't treat them like dogs

    Good while it lasted

    Anonymous (Former Employee)

ProsJust about everything. Travel, vacation time, perks.

ConsMost DM really don't do their jobs until they are facing a terrible crisis. They believe wholeheartedly that it's harder to fire them than to fire a store manager or push the store manager in front of the bus first.

Advice to Senior ManagementHold your DM to your law and letter better.

ProsThe relationships that the company emphasizes between employee and customer make the environment friendly and creates a relatively bright atmosphere

ConsThe work can get a little hectic around holidays and especially tax free days but the adjustment isn't hard to make it simply takes a little more effort to power through

Advice to Senior ManagementAs far as store management and inventory arrangement they are wonderfully organized and decently efficient but as far as management to employee relationships they were rather cold.
