Great supervisor, fast-paced, sometimes the work becomes mundane but decent part-time work.

Receiving Associate (Former Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsMy direct supervisor was excellent and very understanding, My co-workers were also fun and easy-going. Work was pretty easy too it just gets busy in the summer and before Christmas.

ConsThe middle management was horrible. they didn't care about their employees, i worked there around a year and a half and they still didn't know my name.

Advice to Senior ManagementAt least act like you care about your employees.

Eye opening. as to what I don't want to become and still handle business

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Indianapolis, IN

Prosdiscounts, a few of the staff members. fitness center

ConsNot liberal with schedules if a rep is hired at 8-5:30 then they should work that time. if you find 9-6 there is a greater call volume offer that with the next group don't shift people who may have "LIFE" happening situations. Management has life happen sometimes ...but they are not penalized for that. Letting a VP change a call center into a retail store, retail is retail and online is online they should have never crossed the two...Especially with the way the bonus system is set up. NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO GROW...there are not enough departments to switch to based on experience and not education

Advice to Senior ManagementBe accepting to life happens, and more liberal on work schedules . hire according to business needs , possibly go by seniority to assist in shift bids...hire for peak hours mid-day...look at possibility of 24hrs availability people shop with the company from all over the world

Unsure, untrusting leadership and unprofessional atmosphere

    Developer (Former Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsGood benefits, amazing bonuses for Corporate employees, OK discount if you like shoes. Despite issue with management, most lower level corporate employees are very competent and knowledgeable.

ConsUnreasonably restrictive "security" on corporate internet. Changes in direction so many times that it's nearly impossible to get anything done. Failed project after failed project after failed project. Career advancement difficult if not impossible because of frequent turnover and changes in direction in management. Upper management completely "old guard" out of touch clueless pompous and pontificant. Although good people work here, the atmosphere is not a professional one.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake care of your team, be a good leader, don't let "crap" roll down hill. Try to add stability in an unstable culture and environment. Don't rant about higher ups to the underlings.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
