    Pros

Decent tips, short hours, closes early. Fun, friendly employees. You make good money and don't have to work late very often.

    Cons

Typical Food Service job. Some people don't work very hard, others have to pick up their slack. Not much different from any other restaurant you will work at.

    Advice to Management

Great family atmosphere, employees are treated as family here. Sometimes too much. Feel bad when we adopt a red-headed stepchild.

  2. Its a comfortable environment with awesome kitchen management.

    Pros

The hourly pay is great, and the hours are dispersed fairly. My coworkers in the kitchen are great to work with as well.

    Cons

the job only gets difficult when coworkers(the front of the house) don't want to put forth an effort . Drama is often commonly brought up between the servers about trivial matters.

    Advice to Management

keep up the great image that we portray when it comes to giving our customers amazing gourmet food ,and clean dishes to enjoy with whenever they visit.

  3. A better place to work if you're a college student, living at home. Not so much for anyone else.

    Pros

By far, some of the best coworkers I've ever worked with, beautiful restaurant, good menu, and a private fb page for servers to exchange shifts, easy and organized side work. Managers are employee supportive during dining rushes.

    Cons

Tip out is a bit on the high end. Never before, in my 16 yes of serving, have I ever had to tip out the hostesses. They only pay hostess a servers minimum wage, the rest is compensated by the servers tip out. Company is extremely cheap in many ways. Management is always moody. They also aren't very good at making schedules.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employee schedule needs and make better opportunities for your employees to make a decent living. You put way too many people on the floor and you can't work more than 30 hours a week. employee turnover rate is high.

    Pros

The best thing about working here is that it really does become a family environment. Working for this company will give you many great friends during and after employment. Also, you can make money if you get the right shifts.

    Cons

Making money as a server in this restaurant is not consistent. It could be good or bad depending on the time of year, or even the day.

    Advice to Management

Please do not overstaff the restaurant on days it is not busy so that people are able to make money.

    Pros

    - There's never a dull moment since business is always booming for the most part.
    - Fun co-workers
    - Co-workers work together and helped make sure I was trained on what to do.

    Cons

    - The only restaurant I've ever known to not allow a shift meal for the cooks.
    - Work performance and experience mean nothing in regards to how many hours you are given.
    - Pay is very inadequate, especially for what is asked of you. You'll definitely need a second job to survive.
    - There was no orientation to the company. I had to ask my co-workers whatever I needed to know (pay day, meal policies, etc.).

    Advice to Management

Your employees should be better taken care of for the amount of work that is required of them.
