    Pros

Fireline is a good company with alot of freedom to be creative. You have the ability to do what ever you need to get the job done without management getting in the way.Fireline is a family owned company with family values.

    Cons

Fireline is a very disorganized company.Fireline's positives are also some of its negitives. Do to the fact that the salesmen are also project managers it limits how effective the jobs are processed. The technicians are responsible for all parts and equipment to be ordered ,all as-built drawings to be completed.

    Advice to Management

Set a standard and become more organized.

    Pros

A family owned company where everyone knows who you are. Easy access to upper management.company vehicles are provided and are taken home with you.

    Cons

Departments are very independent causing miscommunication at times. Unfortunately there is no pension plan and 401k is not matched by company.

    Advice to Management

Try not to change to much, to fast. Try to get departments to work together better.
