    Pros

    People are nice, do lots of community services for various charity organizations, nice building.

    Cons

    Micro management, conservative culture, lack of resources, very minimal raises

    360 evaluations for managers, better rating of individual performances, consider remote/virtual offices-work from home days

    Pros

    You only work six months out the year and the work is not hard. The people are easy going and nice.

    Cons

    Upper management is not compatent enough to understand the process of making the product, yet they get mad at the workers when there is a problem.

    - Specific Individuals are Groomed for Promotion limiting the ability of others to rise within the company.

    - Company Awards and promotions are handed out very subjectively rather than being based on individual efforts.

    Continue to maintain the quality of communication above but also look more at what individuals contribute rather than who they know within the organization.
