Details
Pros
The company culture is pretty laid-back and friendly. I also really believed in the mission - to bring music into everyone's lives. The insurance benefits and time off were amazing and the coolest part - geting to hear and see up and coming artists as well as some classic musicians.
Cons
The duplication of effort is ridiculous and the lack of organization (process, policies and procedures) is very frustrating. Also, if you weren't one of the favorites to begin with, there was no way that you'd ever make it any further than where you were.
Advice to Senior Management
Get your ACT together. Recognize people when they do good work. Listen when we talk about something that WE do everyday. I don't tell you how to do your job...trust that I know how to do mine.
