A VERY interesting industry (scrap metal) to work in. Loved the opportunity!!! Gained momentum of confidence while in the field.

Cons

Awful communication. A VERY political work enviroment. Third party blame offs & secret motives of non-english speaking management, disrupt objectives.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop burning bridges & you won't isolated the company in the future...You lost a valuble chance to keep a loyal employee (me).

Pros

Learn how to operate heavy equipment without needing to be certified. A place to work if you do not have to support a family.

Cons

Lack of compensation for the work you do. There is a lack of organization in management, which lead to many tasks not getting done. Promises of pay raises that do not happen.

Advice to Senior Management

If you had organization between the CEO and management then much of the wasted time doing pointless things that do not benefit the company or the worker can be avoided.
