Pros

Great co-workers. Decent health plan. No evenings or weekends. Lots of client interaction.

Cons

No raises. Policy dictated by corporate bean counters instead of leaders. No one knows where we are headed. Out technology could be good but sending everything offshore creates more errors than saving any amount of money can fix. Very hard to transfer/cross-train into another job. Managers only talk with the broken wheels not the runs doing a good job.

Advice to Senior Management

Stay competitive with pay; it used to be good but is way behind at my level. Get to know those who work for you, seek out ideas, and shake up your mid-level managers who are more concerned with keeping their jobs than doing something with them.
