    Pros

The benifits including health insurance and dental insurance are resonable. Christmas bonus is a plus. Busines hours are good.

    Cons

Internal employees, unprofessional employees. They dont like to help each other. The Compensation is good but if you have more than 18 years working you expect more money and there is not.

    Advice to Management

Give seminars to employees for a better communication and behavior. Opportunities to increase your experience.

    Pros

Proposed efforts to improve employee relations, great effort of employees to make things right, and above average upper management.

    Cons

    Salary and not-centralized core processes.

    Advice to Management

Some of my coworker had so much experience and education

    Pros

    General good work environment overall

    Cons

Not a place where you're likely to grow as a professional They made a deal with FIS and the IT department is now under FIS, not FirstBank

    Pros

Definitely, people who work for FirstBank willl put ALL their knowledge at work. For me proving my knowledge and guide others according to what I plan, instead of what is imposed to me, is a pro.

    Cons

My personal experience is dealing with a top management that lacks from the knowledge and skills needed to run this business. This lack of experience narrows their scope and cunducts them to poor performance.

    Advice to Management

Stick to Caliper 360 and here the voice and opinions of lower levels. They have the experience and the deal with mediocre managers on a day to day basis.

    Pros

People are great. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Compensation and salary raises should be better. There has to be better plannning for all tasks.

    Advice to Management

Communication has to improve between Senior Management and employees.
