    Pros

You get drafted into several projects, so there's a lot of learning opportunities

    Cons

Career progression is quite slow, as a result most staffs are poached by other banks, promotion is often based on quotas

    Advice to Management

The Mid level positions are quite saturated. Perhaps a review of appraisal system might improve the process. Reward Hard work more often
