    Fairly good benefits, some good people

    Cons

    Monotonous work, poor work environment, some offices are under staffed

    Constant Saturday meeting should be stopped, over time pay should be increased.

    I worked at First Bank of Nigeria full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    You get to work on several projects, irrespective of your position. Also get to work with offshore vendor teams which builds (Intercultural, Teamworking and Communication skills). As you progress you also gain technical skills required for each project. The organization is also open to adopt change.

    Cons

    Compensation is the lowest in the industry at the moment. Office politics, promotion is still not clear cut. Its based on approved budget.

    Promotions, Outlined Career growths for mid and lower level staff.

    Pros

    Great training culture with a strong culture in investing in the development of human capital.
    Excellent in terms of work rotation as people are transferred from one department to another frequently.

    Cons

    Poor work-life balance, as the working hours are long. However, the staff are compensated by payments for overtime.

    Old staff everywhere and still using old technology. Target are too high to meet by staff
