Everyone in the office is very caring and friendly.

I have been working at First Baptist Church full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Family and church obligations are highly valued, and the job itself is very flexible and multi-faceted, which makes for a very enjoyable work environment if the 'daily grind' of a same-old, same-old job gets to you.

    Cons

The administrative assistant becomes the default 'organizer' of various church ministries and activities if the usual volunteer is unavailable and doesn't seek out a replacements, so you may be 'running' up to 5 or 6 ministries of the church along with the regular office work.
