    First Federal is a good company

    ProsThey pay a competitive wage, encourage education, provide a good product to the customer. promote and allow good stewardship in the community.

    Consstopped promoting from within in 2011. made an intiative to bring down the silos between management divisions, but just ended up making them stronger. customers may question why we change products so often, cant you get it right the first time.

    Advice to Senior Managementwork harder to keep the management team in place that you worked so hard and so long to develop.

    Prosvery good benefits and a generous employee loan program for your mortgage
    there are a number of in-house training classes offered
    company seems to be wanting to grow

    Consinformation isn't shared that well across business channels
    they could be doing more for employee development
    need to increase technology

    Advice to Senior Managementcommunicate with employees more about what is going on with the company. Especially when there are a number of changes going on it would be nice to get quarterly updates.
