Cons – Lower pay because of size of bank.

Pros – Good stock options, good people, good hour, a good place to work if in school but terminal to career and they try to lock you into a spot with no ability to move up in the workplace no matter your qualifications

Cons – Lack of ability to move up in the company....bad pay

Pros – Flexible Work Hours
Friendly and conducive environment
Great coworkers
Rewards for performance
Nice Work Life balance
Decent enough benefits but could be better
Nice if you are ok staying in the same department and not moving up for long periods of time.

Cons – Very Low salary/pay
Lack of growth opportunities
Slow promotional opportunities
Non- challenging often times
No maternity leave, bereavement leave, marriage leave etc
Bias towards male employees
HR seems to look out for the best interest of the employer more than the employee

Advice to Senior Management – Increase the pay for employees, provide more opportunities for employees to grow, grant more time off like marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave etc. Hire more women in positions of authority.

Cons – Upper management is biased towards male employees. Communication from top down is terrible
