Cons – No work life balance, poor treatment of staff, no care or thought towards employee rights and long lags in payout of commission.

Pros – Being an Abu Dhabi Bank along with its ownership structure, it has first and sometimes executive access to many government and quasi-sovereign projects / companies / opportunities.
Good work life balance.
Very good medical and dental coverage.
Senior management changes underway.
International expansion underway.

Cons – Lack of clear vision or authority delegation in various departments hampers getting thing done.
People frequently back down from making decisions or pass on decisions up the chain.
Slow or no advancement and lack of any career development leads to an environment where lazy, unambitious vacationers stay while others leave due to lack of career growth.
Zero career planning and people focus.

Advice to Senior Management – Objectives, rewards and performance management needs a 360 degree revamp. Please invest in systems and make long term commitments to strategy decisions and infrastructure that should have been affected 5 years ago.
