    Pros

    My past management over a twenty years as a manager.

    Cons

    Some times hours are twelve and fifteen hours for one job and locations are very far away

    You make your own schedule
    You decide if you want to make more money
    Always room to grow with acquiring new accts

    Cons

    Weather can prohibit your work from getting done on time. Not every person you are schedule to work for will allow you to perform your job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop commission cut backs. Revert back to the old commission standards put in place from the start. Find an easier way to report route sheets
