Pros
The job is demanding but is worth the trouble if you put the effort in. The pay depends on how much work you put into the job.
Cons
The hours may be long and since it is based on commissions you have to be reliant on yourself and your client base.
Advice to Senior Management
Not too much in this department. The people there are willing to help if you if you are willing to learn.
Pros
They have some classes for training and try to help the best way they can
Cons
You have to pay for your own testing. Mangament takes part of your comission even though it is your own client.
Advice to Senior Management
Dont take reps clients!
Pros
You have a mentor/ sales manager that will close your sales for you. All you have to do is find the lead. Its fun b/c you pick your schedule, as long as its respectable. If your a good saleman with a good bank book, this job should be easy. "you get to help people reach their financial goals"
Cons
mentor/sales manager takes a big cut in the beginning. hours are insane. prospecting is super hard.
Advice to Senior Management
less micromanagement, managers should be more respectful of other in the people in the work place.
Pros

Cons
No Salary
No Benefits
You pay for all training
Advice to Senior Management
The management needs to improve the training, compensation, benefits, and expectations presented to potential employees instead of painting unrealistic pictures of what will come.
