    Pros

The sales team/network of clients brings in lots of work through out the day. Company has a lot to offer as far as jobs/duties are concerned. Management(if you can get there) is taken care of very well.

    Cons

Management get all the perks(bonus) while offering little to nothing for the workers(raise). There are too many managers who can not communicate with each other or the vendors very well. Workers will have to give status updates to several managers who all should know whats going on from the first status update.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make managers work harder and cut loose the excess weight.

    Pros

If you are the type of person that doesn't care about the client, this is the perfect place for you. Although they have expectations of employees as far as numbers go, they don't care about the client being happy.

    Cons

Employees opinions do not matter. Management is terrible and allows individuals to continue to perform poorly without any real consequence, which is unfair to those that actually care.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire and TRAIN individuals to actually perform REAL customer service to clients. And just because a manager can make the numbers look good does not mean that the clients are happy. You really need to evaluate your management and make some changes.
