    Pros

    People are friendly and professional.

    Cons

Training could be improved. You have to figure things out yourself and if you call other department some people aren't too helpful.

    Advice to Management

Recognize people that work hard and contribute when making promotions.

    Pros

Most of the employees are good folks, unfortunately these folks usually get chased off by mediocre middle management. Good compensation usually.

    Cons

You often find yourself working outside your job description. Several areas are perpetually understaffed. Poor communication from senior management and middle management isn't honest with senior management. Poor and outdated technology.

    Advice to Management

Bring this bank into the 21st century. Lower level staff need easier access to senior management. Quit overworking your people.

  3. Imaging Department was the last department I worked in. Worked for the company for over 10 years.

    Pros

Great working with my co-workers and some supervisors. We always try and have fun.

    Cons

To much micro management, pay sucks, a lot of management favoritism and too much politics. Encountered management with discrimination.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees equally especially the job grade lvl 33 and below. They are also human beings and they work harder than you.

    Pros

Great coworkers and environment. Managers are well-trained and easy to talk to. Organizational structure provides many opportunities for growth. In-house training is beyond amazing. This bank is growing and has a great reputation across the state.

    Cons

Compensation could be a bit more competitive. Hourly employees must clock in and out and the time clock system tends to promote micromanagement.

    Advice to Management

Take time to visit with everyone in your division, regardless of their position or title. Know their names and make sure they know just how valuable and important they are.
