    Pros

Positive working environment! Managers are willing to work with your schedule as long as you are also willing to work with the banking hours as well.

First National Bank of PA - New Customers reap all the benefits

    Pros

Decent management support and ability to have input on issues important to your work. Management constantly looking for feedback, however at times the result is different than the intention. Decent pay and very good benefits. Bonus payouts can be lucrative, provided they don't change the rules right before your payout.

    Cons

New customers seem to reap benefits and incentives, while existing customers get nothing. Uniform underwriting is not flexible, and non-traditional customers pay the price. Pay at the lower end of the corporate ladder is terrible, though responsibility levels are through the roof. Opportunities to promote are extremely limited.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-focus on your existing customer base and relax the uniformed underwriting. Customers upon which the bank was built should be given consideration rather than the emphasis on new customer.

I worked at First National Bank Group

    Pros

Fair compensation package, flexibility, great hours, and casual working atmosphere (in a business professional workplace). The branch staff I worked with were very outgoing, personable, and professional. Convenient location.

    Cons

At the time, there was a lack of communication of position description and expectation (especially when it came to sales goals). A lack of communication also existed when it came to company restructuring.
