Pros – Excellent team work atmosphere. People are generally willing and able to help each other, especially newcomers. Excellent tool sets provided to accomplish your job.
Cons – Senior management is mostly located in Omaha and somewhat disconnected with the realities of some markets. With rare exceptions, must be willing to move from your home market if you want to advance to a more senior position.
Advice to Senior Management – It would be great to have more contact with senior management other than the annual Merchant Days meeting. Perhaps an annual visit to key markets and markets in development.

Pros – Solid company, good reputation in the industry & good training. Co-workers very open and forthcoming with knowledge to help you succeed, very friendly and supportive.
Cons – If you have First National Bank branches in your territory you can do well. However, if you're in a location that has never heard of the parent company-First National Bank of Omaha, then it's a challenge. Benefits are great if you're at corporate but expensive for remote reps.
Advice to Senior Management – The best type of managers are those that have actually been in the trenches and understand sales. Too much micro-management.
