Advice to Senior Management
Many strides have been made to bring the company closer to a unified vision, strategy, and operating company. However, we have a long way to go here and two things must improve for us to achieve our full potential-1) Improved clarity and coordination of communication, and 2) Leveraging and retaining our most talented people for our most significant opportunities.
Pros
get more money than a teller
usually get your own office
good customer service learning experience
Cons
this position is for a young employee to overwork them for crap pay
the company has almost no growth. you have tons of responsibility like opening and closing the branch you need to be responsible for all teller overrides which makes you liable for any new teller mistakes. while still having sales goals. very stressful job
Pros
Great culture that provides a nice balance between work and personal time.
Cons
Somewhat limited opportunities for advancement in certain areas
Advice to Senior Management
Keep providing transparency about how the bank is doing
Pros
management of tellers. good work. fun atmosphere. great leaders work for the bank. many available resources
Cons
Long hours are required to work each day.
Advice to Senior Management

poor communication from management, industry regulations seem to drive the business decisions more than strategy, politics

Strong, Stable Company. Locally-owned and operated.

Management is not open to new ideas. They claim to want them but would rather you adhere to their ideas.

They give you responsibility and teach you a lot

As an intern, I had a lot of downtime
